The entire complex consists of 4 modern buildings linked by a shared cedar deck (82' x 40') with cedar/steel roof, overlooking our friends' private harbour below and the blue waters of Colpoy's Bay. Owners live in the South Cabin/Bunky separated from The Loft by about 10 metres across the expansive deck. Lakeside Loft: our 15' x 30', 2-storey, fully-serviced, open-concept 2-bedroom North Cabin Guest House with: - a fully-equipped kitchen with slate countertops, gas stove, frig/freezer, dishwasher and basic food items - 3-piece bathroom with shower (no bathtub). Slate countertop and red slate tiles - open concept living/dining area with phenomenal views of the water - 2nd floor : main bedroom loft with king-size bed with a spectacular view of the Bay and the bluffs...or nighttime star-gazing. - cozy bedroom with a bunkbed for two - 2 adjacent guest sleeping/play bunkys (10' x 10') with Queen bed and electric heater plus a long bunkbed above - sleeping for up to 8 people (except in Winter) inside cabin and bunky - additional open-air sleeping space with your tent or air mattresses on guest cabin roof lofts or down at the East Beach, weather permitting Guest access We're easy to find.
