Beautiful vista of the bluffs and island across the bay. The entire complex consists of 4 modern buildings linked by a shared cedar deck (82' x 40') with cedar/steel roof, overlooking our friends' private harbour below and the blue waters of Colpoy's Bay. Owners live in the South Cabin/Bunky separated from The Loft by about 10 metres across the expansive deck. Lakeside Loft: our 15' x 30', 2-storey, fully-serviced, open-concept 2-bedroom North Cabin Guest House with: - a fully-equipped kitchen with slate countertops, gas stove, frig/freezer, dishwasher and basic food items - 3-piece bathroom with shower (no bathtub). Slate countertop and red slate tiles - open concept living/dining area with phenomenal views of the water - 2nd floor : main bedroom loft with king-size bed with a spectacular view of the Bay and the bluffs...or nighttime star-gazing. - cozy bedroom with a bunkbed for two - 2 adjacent guest sleeping/play bunkys (10' x 10') with Queen bed and electric heater plus a long bunkbed above - sleeping for up to 8 people (except in Winter) inside cabin and bunky - additional open-air sleeping space with your tent or air mattresses on guest cabin roof lofts or down at the East Beach, weather permitting Guest access We're easy to find. Just 4km west of the village of Big Bay (and its terrific ice cream store). 15km east of Wiarton. 25km northwest of Owen Sound. We're on Grey Rd 1, part of the Great Lakes Waterfront Trail and Georgian Bluffs Scenic Route. 40 minutes south of Lion's Head. 1 hour south of Tobermory. Parking for several cars beside the House.
