Chester Riverfront At Kent Narrows

Our place is spacious, has great water views, a private beach and is close to restaurants and dining. You’ll love it because of the bay, hot tub, pool, and outdoor space. Our place is good for couples, friends, solo adventurers, and families with kids. The space This is a 1450 sq ft, 2-bedroom unit on the ground floor of a two story duplex overlooking the expansive Chester River on the Chesapeake. You will have exclusive use of the property and all amenities as the owner's upstairs unit is only used when the lower level is not rented. The master bedroom has a king bed and the second bedroom has two single/twin beds that can be put together as a king upon request. The living room is well furnished with beautiful views of the bay, a gas fireplace and a 55 inch smart TV. There is a full kitchen with bar seating and a separate dining area with seating for 6. Outside there is a pool, hot tub, pier, and gazebo. There is also an outdoor patio with dining table and chairs, and plenty of other outdoor furniture on the expansive 3/4 acre property. Stay includes use of unheated pool, hot tub, paddle board and 3 kayaks. We are directly on the beautiful Chester river near the mouth of the Chesapeake. We have a small beach and a pier. We are about a mile from the many restaurants and dock bars at Kent Narrows. Our unheated pool is usually open mid-April through early-October and is usually warm enough for swimming June through mid-September. Pool is covered in Fall and Winter. Our hot tub is open and heated year round. We also have an outdoor fire pit.
