A quaint, eclectic and comfortable home on the coast, conveniently located in town and only a few short blocks to the ocean. Pet friendly with prior approval and agreement to our pet rules. Even though we are once again open for travelers, we have instituted a few new processes to deal with covid-19, from special sanitizing protocols, to adding a day between reservations where possible, and utilizing air filtration at the house. The space Our location is what makes us unique, near Beaches, Brother Jonathan Park, Baseball and Skateboard parks. Lighthouse, Pier and Harbor all within a short walking distance. The house is quaint, comfortable and humble with two bedrooms, and a bathroom. There is a fenced private patio/yard that is perfect for enjoying your morning coffee or a cocktail in the evening. Small pets accepted with pre-approval. House not suitable for toddlers or young children. Guest access Washer/Dryer, patio/yard, Wifi, Cable TV, dishwasher and all other house amenities including recycling. The garage is not available for guests at this time. Other things to note The second bedroom is the larger of the two bedrooms with a new queen size bed. The bedroom on the main floor has a full/double size bed. There are no other viable sleeping arrangements. Pets. wr try to stay pet friendly as possible, so in order to be able to do this we have several rules regarding dogs. 1) You must pick up and dispose of all dog waste in patio/yard. scoop and bags provided. 2) No dogs, no matter their size are allowed on living room furniture. 3) Dogs are not to be left alone in the house, not even in a crate. If you agree to these rules we are happy to host you and your pet. We understand as well if these don't fit your situation, and hope you can find arrangements that suit you better.
