Beautiful decor, comfy couches and new mattresses with freshly laundered linens, nicely stocked kitchen - everything you need for a great relaxing stay. Conveniently located in the heart of Overland Park, 30 mins from KC airport, 20 mins from downtown, Power & Light district or Convention Center. Great for business travelers, families or couples. Very affordable. Easy highway access (US69/ I-35) The house has two levels. Two bedrooms, full bathroom , living space and the kitchen are located on upper level with another bedroom, living room, bathroom and garage located downstairs. Couches upstairs and downstairs can be transformed into a bed large enough for two. TVs don't have cable but we provide Netflix and Sling TV instead. Wi-Fi internet is provided. Kitchen has a toaster and a coffee maker. In the kitchen cabinets you can find cups, glasses, vine glasses, plates and utensils enough for 10 persons. Please be aware that max occupancy of 10 assumes that people will share queen beds and sofa-beds. Our process assumes no interaction with the hosts, i.e. self check-in/check-out, but we re text/phone call away if you have a question or concern. Neighborhood overview: quiet, safe and beautiful neighborhood very close to Overland Park City Hall complex. Other things to note: please no pets.
