Pontoon boat rental available 2 day min rental must book pre arrival. Guest access You will have the whole house to enjoy along with a big backyard and Lake Sebasticook to explore with floating dock and easy access for kayaking,canoeing or paddleboard. Other things to note Newly installed AC/HEAT pumps in bedrooms will make your stay even more enjoyable. There will be an additional $200 pet fee per week for up to 2 pets. Additional pets must be approved and an extra charge will be incurred. Pontoon boat rental available must book pre arrival minimum 2 day rental $250 per day plus deposit
