Pontoon boat rental available 2 day min rental must book pre arrival. Sebasticook Lake draws down the water after Labor day for yearly maintenance, it resembles the coastline when the tide is out. Great for exploring. Guest access You will have the whole house to enjoy along with a big backyard and Lake Sebasticook to explore with floating dock and easy access for kayaking,canoeing or paddleboard. Other things to note Newly installed AC/HEAT pumps in bedrooms and kitchen will make your stay even more enjoyable. There will be an additional $200 pet fee per week for up to 2 pets. Additional pets must be approved and an extra charge will be incurred. Pontoon boat rental available must book pre arrival minimum 2 day rental $250 per day plus deposit.
