Centrally located... many day trips to the Maine coast, Portland, Mt Katahdin or Acadia National Park/Bar Harbor. Only 4 hours away from Quebec City The space Access to entire chalet with no other guests. Bookings of 2 people or less will not have downstairs bedroom area heated in winter but it will be available to preview for possible returns involving more guests Dock and boat rental ( additional charge) will be available Memorial Day weekend through mid to end of September. Other things to note Based on prior experience with guests who do not follow Hot Tub rules I cannot guarantee hot tub availability. We try to maintain the tub however we have had to close down the tub from time to time in past...this is a rare occurrence but is possible. Rare as in two times in the past 7 years
