The Nautical Mile Resort is located on the seasonal trolley line so you can leave your car behind and explore the area without the worry of parking. The resort is a hotel/motel condominium style vacation and getaway resort which is open year around! What makes this Resort unique is once you arrive you don't even need your car. This rental is just a short distance to some great restaurants, shopping, attractions, and of course the Beach! This is a 1 bedroom unit which is perfect for 2 people. Please be sure to pack your own queen size bedding, sheets, blankets, pillows, and bath towels. During your stay you'll have access to the seasonal outdoor pool. There is a basketball court and tennis court if you have your own equipment and there are outdoor grills if you decide to cook! There is FREE WiFi too! During the summer months I'm usually in the area to assist any guests with their needs but the good news is the Nautical Mile Resort has a full time staff to assist you too! Once you arrive just park your car and you may not need it again. There are so many options just a short distance away. Traffic on Route 1 can get pretty busy during the peak summer season which really makes this location key. 3 miles from the Resort is the Amtrak Rail Station to Boston or Portland. Also, the seasonal trolley line stop to Wells Beach, Kennebunk, & Ogunquit is on Route 1 next to the resort. The Nautical Mile Resort does not allow renters to bring their pets.
