BAKER STREET LODGE Unit B - Built in 2019, 2 brand new condominium units ( Unit A and Unit B) are right in the heart of downtown Baker Street and available for short term rentals. Both high end 2 bedroom units are made available for use individually or combining them for larger groups. Being located directly up the stairs from our dynamic Baker Street, only steps to amazing shopping, restaurants, brew pubs, coffee shops & nightclubs makes these ultra convenient for tourists, & locals alike. The space Unit B Lodge looks directly over the alley between Baker Street and Vernon Street. Sliding glass windows lead out to a 12 ft. x 18 ft. deck overlooking the alley and views of the famous Pulpit Rock and Flagpole climbing trail. A natural gas bbq is on the deck. A natural gas fireplace becomes the focal point of the open kitchen/living room space. There is also a large storage space for tenants to use for ski's - wet clothing - bikes etc. Guest access The 2 lodges can be accessed from both Baker Street and the Alley entrance. Other things to note Parking spaces are available at the Nelson Parkade directly across the lane from the Lodge. The fee is $8.00 per day.
