Welcome to our Shell Beach house--our family's home since 2008. It is located in a charming neighborhood walking distance to the beach, Dinosaur Caves Park, restaurants, coffee shops, and pretty much anything you need. The space Our home has a great open kitchen and dining area that connects to the living room with a giant window letting in lots of bright light. The front yard deck has built in benches for lounging outside and table/chairs for outdoor dining. The bedrooms are spacious with plenty of closet space. Other things to note Dogs are allowed with approval by owner. Non refundable pet fee $200
