Welcome to the Coral Cottage. This adorable 1 bedroom/1 bath detached cottage has a tiny house feel is perfect for an escape to the beach, a fishing weekend, or a romantic getaway. This house was originally in Old Town Port Aransas, but was moved to its current location and completely remodeled including shiplap feature walls and reclaimed wood accents. The space **YOU MUST BE 25 TO RENT THIS PROPERTY** Located at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac, the Coral Cottage features a living room with a full size sofa , a kitchen with a small breakfast bar, full-size refrigerator, a full-size range, and a microwave, a separate bedroom with a double (full) bed and a closet, and a full bath with a tub/shower combination. Your stay includes cable television, wireless internet, bath towels and linens, pool towels, kitchenware, paper products, and dish/hand/body soaps. Please bring your own beach towels. There is not a clothes washer or dryer in the house, so please plan accordingly. Outside, you'll find a private yard and one reserved parking space for the house. As part of the 2-house Deja Blue properties, larger groups can rent multiple units and sleep up to 8 guests. Please contact the owners to book multiple units (see listings for Deja Blue) This property is dog friendly and we welcome you to bring ONE dog as long as they are not listed as an aggressive breed and are well-trained. We have a maximum weight limit of 50 pounds. All dogs must be approved prior to arrival. Please message with the age and breed of your dog since we have restrictionson age, size and breeds. Puppies and dogs on the aggressive breeds list above are not allowed. Pet cleaning fee of $50 per dog for the entire stay. Guests who bring a pet without approval will be charged a fine of $200 and will be immediately evicted from the Property without refund for remaining days on reservations. Other things to note When you are ready to depart, please leave the keys back in the lock box, place any trash in one of the blue cans outside, and rinse any used dishes. The cleaners will be by to take care of the rest. There is no smoking of any kind in the house. Violation of this policy will result in a $200 deep cleaning fee.
