The Canal Riverfront Getaway

The Canal Riverfront Getaway is a beautiful house on the Broad River Canal, where you can enjoy beautiful scenic views, walking, hiking, fishing, biking, and many more wonderful activities. The house is about 3 miles from the famously known Riverbank Zoo & Gardens which is home to nearly 2,000 animals that represent more than 350 species from around the world. The heart of Main Street and "The Vista"s is also just minutes away, where you'll find local cuisine, local shops, and much much more! The space Long drive way, corner house so there is plenty of parking. A wide front porch with patio furniture and a view of the canal. Screened in back porch with patio furniture, TV, pool table, and a charcoal grill. 3 bedrooms, 2 baths with both shower/tub combo. Each bedroom comes with a TV, and a bed with linens included. The living room comes with two sofa beds and a smart TV. Full Kitchen with refrigerator, freezer microwave, oven, counter space and eating accessories, and a dining room table that seats 8. Guest access You have access to the entire house except for two locker rooms that we're using for maintenance purposes. Laundry is also available. You'll need to provide your own detergent if none is found in the cabinet over the dryer/washer. The driveway is all yours and can accommodate at least five or six large vehicles. Other things to note There’s an alarm system on the property with two cameras pointing outside at the entrance doors. One in the front and one in the back. None of them are recording unless the alarm goes off.
