This cozy lake front home has all your needs, wants, and desires all in one perfect setting. Just recently renovated in spring 2019. This home offers breathtaking views. It comes equipped with a dock for boat access. Boat rentals are nearby at local marinas. Enjoy a full-view sun porch with the sounds of the lake in your mornings while enjoying your coffee. There is a separate patio area with beautiful stamped concrete and a cozy sheltered area with an outdoor ceiling fan and sun shade also. The space We guarantee boat docking access from June 1st to September 15th. If you rented a boat before or after these dates you would be responsible for docking your boat somewhere else or checking to see if ours is available sooner later. There is a cobblestone fire pit for your campfires along with all your indoor and outdoor cooking needs. There is a local restaurant right across the lake that has boat access for your summertime fun for family and friends. There is one parking spot connected to the house and across the street there is curb-side parking for multiple vehicles. Wi-Fi and cable provided on a 65 inch smart TV mounted above a remote controlled gas fireplace. There is a washer and dryer for your convenience as well.
