Other things to note Laundry Instructions: Please refrain from washing linens or bedding in the washer or dryer. These appliances are designated for light loads only. Remember to clean the lint trap after every use to prevent fires. Towels and linens are provided for your convenience. House Rules: NO PETS allowed. If you choose to ignore this role, you will be charged $150 per day per pet Parties are not permitted. Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited. Safety Notices: You may encounter wildlife. Fireplace Usage: The fireplace is operational from November 1st to March 1st. Please refrain from using it outside of this period. September-December is Ladybug Season. This happens every year in the Smokey Mountains. We professioally treat fot them, it is only somewhat successful. They are everywhere.
