You will be staying in your own private penthouse flat on the top floor of this Edwardian Mansion on a private estate with bay views and only 13 minutes away from San Francisco and 45 minutes away from Napa wine country. From the living room you can see the bay outside the 14' panoramic window. There are also chickens on this property so you may even get some fresh organic eggs in the morning. The space This one bed penthouse flat is your private sanctuary with a view of the San Francisco bay. The gourmet kitchen with granite counter tops and gas stove is perfect for making your own home cooked meals. The living room features a vaulted 16' ceiling and a massive 14' foot wide window overseeing the bay. There is a back patio that gets lots of sun and guests often sunbathe here. There are 22 steps that lead to the upstairs unit. Guest access This historic mansion is divided up into separate units. I live on the main level and this unit is upstairs with its own private entrance, private kitchen and private bath. You will not be sharing your space with anyone. There is a rear deck you can get a nice sun tan as it gets a lot of sunshine. There is a community laundry room in the basement. Other things to note Your apartment is connected to our home and in a quiet suburban neighborhood. You'll have a lovely private retreat to yourself, but loud guests or parties won't work. Please don't interact with neighbors.
