Beautiful and quaint home located in San Antonio's medical center in quiet, safe neighborhood. Conveniently located one story 3 bed/2bath home. Home has a large backyard with covered patio with table, chairs and a gas grill. House is furnished with full size refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, washer, dryer, and microwave and everything else to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Bedrooms have a King, queen and twin and couch and loveseat convert to sleeper sofas as well. The space Beautiful and charming home in the medical center! We are conveniently located to everything you would want to have access to attractions, shopping, dining, and grocery and walking trails. 3 bed/2 bath home, 1,620 sqft home with a large backyard with covered patio with table, chairs, and a propane grill. Bedrooms have a King, Queen, Twin bed in their own bedroom. There is a couch and a loveseat that convert to sleeper sofas as well in the living room. Entry: Front door has Schlage keypad where you will input your 4 number personal code to access the home as well as locking the door when leaving. Kitchen: Glass top electric dual-oven present along with microwave, full size dishwasher, refrigerator and freezer. Note: Please dispose of food when leaving and do not let food sit in dishware for our cleaning crew to dispose. Otherwise there will be an excessive cleaning fee depending on our cleaning crew's charge. Refrigerator: Full size refrigerator and freezer. Sink: Deep dish sink with soap dispenser Standard coffee maker provided Coffee grinder provided Coffee sweeteners provided Gourmet Coffee beans provided Coffee maker instructions: place water in carafe and pour into coffee water holding tank. Place ground coffee into removable filter in coffee maker. Press On button where green button will come on. Make sure carafe is all the way in coffee pot. Eating area/Kitchen Nook: Table with 4 chairs provided. Living room: 55 inch Smart TV with Netflix and Amazon Fire for streaming TV for your enjoyment, DVD for watching movies. Bathrooms: 2 bathrooms with shower/tub and toilet. Master bathroom has double vanity. NOTE: Large towels and hand towels are only be used for personal body drying after showering. Please do not use towels to remove make-up, clean shoes or spills. A $10 replacement fee will be deducted from the deposit for each large towel that is damaged and $6 for each hand towel that is damaged. An extra charge will apply for sheets, comforters and pillowcases if there are any damages. BBQ grill: We provide the propane so please be mindful of turning it off once done. We would hate to have it be empty for the next renter. Please clean after use otherwise there will be a $20 fee for excessive cleaning. Guest access The whole house is accessible to guests. Other things to note Due to the coronavirus, we’re taking extra care to disinfect frequently touched surfaces between reservations.
