Richmond, VT Woodsy Home Close to VT Ski Areas

I am sharing my home with you. Yard, woods, wood stove in sunroom and kitchen. My house is not suitable for children or pets. Please no children under 13 years or pets (service pets may not be left in my house anytime without their owner). Stonefence Rd is dirt and well maintained year round. I live 20 minutes from Bolton Ski Resort. 25 min. from Mad River Glen, 35 min. from Sugarbush Ski Resort and 45 min. from Stowe/ Spruce Peak Ski Resort. I am 30 min. from the sweet city of Burlington,VT. The space Bedrooms are on 2nd floor with their private bath. Kitchen and appliances are available to use. All house is open space but my bedroom. Clothes washer and dryer extra cost. Guest access All house is allowed open space but my bedroom, basement, and attic. Other things to note I require covid vaccines.
