This 1st floor apartment is located on Ridge Rd in Lackawanna, NY. It's within walking distance to a variety of shops, restaurants and things to do. Within 35 minutes is beautiful Niagara Falls. The Buffalo/Niagara area also has many things to do in each season. Sight-seeing ideas, travel brochures and things to do are all listed in the apartment. The space This apartment is 750 square feet with a separate, secure entrance and dedicated off-street parking in our paved lot. There is a full kitchen with large refrigerator, stove, microwave oven, dishwasher and table. The apartment has 2 bedrooms, both with queen bedroom sets with plush mattresses. The linens are softest available to pamper you when away from home, and extra firm or soft pillows are available in both bedrooms. Extra pillows are available in both bedrooms. The newly remodeled (January, 2021) bathroom has a shower/whirlpool tub combo for your enjoyment. The living room has a 42" flat-screen TV with cable access and large open area for seating. There is central air conditioning and heating for the apartment with your own dedicated thermostat. The property also has a large outdoor gazebo with table and chairs, and BBQ grill (see owner for use). There are many things to see and do in the area. Niagara Falls is within a short drive with many sights and things to do. The Botanical Gardens, Our Lady of Victory Basilica National Shrine and golfing are within walking distance. Within a 20-minute drive, we have The New Era Stadium (formerly Ralph Wilson Stadium) for the Buffalo Bills football, Sahlen Field for Bison's baseball games and concerts, Key Bank Center for the Sabres Hockey and Bandits Lacrosse games and concerts, Buffalo Canalside for concerts and access to water activities, Riverworks Entertainment Center, shopping at the Galleria Center, and parks for hiking, beaches and biking (Safe Harbor State Park, Chestnut Ridge county park, Woodlawn beach, Gallagher beach, Tiff Nature Preserve). Ski resorts are within an easy 45 minute drive. Guest access Guests have access to the apartment through a secure outer door with keypad entry and then the secure apartment door with same entry code. Keypad codes are available for late arrivals. However, we like to meet all our guests. Other things to note Unusual check-in times can be accommodated. The outer door has a keypad lock, so check-in at any time is available. Just let us know your needs.
