The house is a great base for many day trips such as: Yosemite, Hetch Hetchy, Lake Don Pedro, Tuolumne Meadows and Gold Country mining towns.Renters pay $40 gate fee per car. Strict no pet policy. Other things to note Very strict no pet policy. $150 extra cleaning fee. And $300 fine if the pet damaged inside the house.
