Welcome to Pearl Place - A renovated, 100+ year-old home with immediate across-the-street access to one of the three Pearl river bridges (a highly-ranked national community development) and the north entrance to the famous San Antonio Riverwalk! *** PLEASE NOTE*** After almost two years of construction noise directly across the street, the building activity has shifted down the block. While construction can be unpredictable at times, a more pleasurable stay for our guests has been restored! The space You’ll fall in love with the old soul of Pearl Place; restored with modern accents of art and comfort. The ensuite master bedroom with a queen-size bed is private and quiet. The california-king bedroom suite provides room for those who want and need it! The twin beds in our third bedroom perfectly round out a need for when you need to sleep a group of six adults. Enjoy gathering in the open-format kitchen, dining and living area. There’s seating for six at the dining table or in the sofa area and the TV is central to both. The kitchen offers the amenities of home. From the full-size refrigerator, dishwasher, gas stove, and microwave to the miscellaneous essentials for cooking and serving your favorite meals. Let’s not forget cold central air conditioning; after all, you are in south Texas! Ceiling fans add to the comfort and central heating is available for BOTH winter days in South Texas! For laundering convenience, there are full-size stacked washer & dryer in the guest bathroom. Guest access This is a full-home rental — no shared spaces here! Guests have complete access to the entire home, including all rooms, the patio, and yard. The only exception is a locked housekeeping/storage closet. Otherwise, it’s all yours to enjoy in total privacy. Live like a local and make yourself at home during your SA Vacay!
