Enjoy our comfortable and spacious guest bedroom with your own private bathroom! It is centrally located on a quiet street, just blocks away from restaurants and shops. The Metro Line is a few blocks away. It is very quiet and peaceful. Your room is totally private, quiet, clean and spacious with a full size bed and luxurious bed linens. Your private bath has a jacuzzi tub and full shower. Roku TV and wi-fi are included. There is also a hair dryer, soap, shampoo and an iron. To make your stay a little more enjoyable, we added a refrigerator and a coffee maker. For 30 or more day stays you will have access to our full kitchen to cook delicious meals and the use of our refrigerator. You will also receive maid service two times a month and access to our roof top deck. It is a perfect place to enjoy the sunset with your favorite beverage or to do some sun bathing. The property is completely private, you will need a remote to get in and out which we will provide for you. Street parking is by permit only which I will lend you a parking permit during your stay. You must return it or you will be charged 100.00. Check in time is 3:00 pm Check out time is 11:00 am If you need other arrangement times please let us know and we will try to work with you. Guest access Our home is completely private and secure, you will need a remote control and a house key to get in and out which we will provide for you. STREET PARKING is by permit only which we will provide to you. If you happen to be here on a THURSDAY or FRIDAY please read the signs for the street cleaning times to make sure you are parked on the right side of the street. Check in time is 3:00 pm Check out time is 11:00 am If you need other arrangement times please let us know and we will try to work with you.
