Quiet neighborhood. Reserved parking space next to entrance. Remodeled master bedroom and bath. There is a queen bed, dresser, small table and chairs, coffee and tea area, mini-fridge, microwave, and tv, with an electronic lock on the door. Please no smoking of any kind . No pets allowed. Room hosts 2 adults comfortably, not suitable for children. 2.2 miles to bethel church and 3.5 miles to the civic center. 2 miles from the I-5 The space Parking space right next to double patio door entrance with electronic lock on them, opens to a primary bedroom and bath. No access to the rest of the house or backyard. Central heating and air is set to 65 in winter and 72 in summer, room is equipped with fan and space heater to customize the room to your preferred temperature and to use for white noise ! Distances for popular places :2.2 miles to Bethel Church and 3.5 miles to the Civic Center. 2 miles from the I-5 Guest access Private bedroom and bath, no access to the rest of the main house. Other things to note The trash cans are on the gravel driveway. Blue is recycle and grey is garbage. Please empty your trash there. No smoking, no pets, pets brought in against the rules will result in extra cleaning fees. The room comfortably hosts 2 adults, children are not allowed. There is no access to the washer and dryer in the main house and we cannot do laundry during your stay. Don’t worry about making your bed, we change the bedding after every guest so it will be unmade after you check out. Always let me know if you need something extra and I will try to help .
