The space We remodeled the entire house to allow for a modern, contemporary feel. Kitchen, bathrooms, furniture and appliances are updated and awaiting you. We use mattress and pillow covers for maximum hygiene and provide toiletries as well as a fully equipped kitchen. The open floor plan creates a great space for family/friends gatherings. The cozy living room is equipped with a 4k smart TV with Roku and Netflix. You'll also find high speed Wi-Fi throughout the house, individually controllable heating in bedrooms as well as air conditioning. The multi-level layout allows for privacy when needed: Upper Level: Master Bedroom, Bedroom, Full Bath Lower Level: Bedroom, Full Bath, Kitchen, Living and Dining Area, Washer & Dryer, Patio The garage fits one car. Additional parking space for 1 car is available in front of the house. Free street parking is also possible. Guest access The entire townhouse is yours to enjoy. We provide the code to the house before your arrival (electronic keypad at door), which allows you to enter at any time at your convenience. Other things to note The place is cleaned prior to your stay and fresh linen and towels are provided. The kitchen is equipped with cooking ware and utensils as well as a toaster, blender, electric kettle and coffee machine. BBQ grill and outdoor furniture will be added in summer.
