As shown in the photos, the unit provides guests all the comforts of a fully furnished home just 1 mile from Walt Disney World. Villa features a full kitchen, living room, dining area, bath, bedroom with Jacuzzi tub, and screened balcony/patio. On-site amenities include 14 heated outdoor pools, 14 hot tubs, a children’s wading pool, pool bars, water-park, Disney Movie Theater, lakeside marina and dock w/swan paddle-boats, free scheduled transportation to WDW and Universal Orlando, a game room, playground, and an 18-hole mini-golf course plus many others. As you can see from the floor plan, this unit is one of four units that when combined represents a 4 bedroom condo. Each unit has it's own outside entrance and connecting doors between them. *[While this is a 1-bedroom unit, if you need a 2-bedroom unit, this unit may be combined with another 1 bedroom/1 bath unit via connecting door. Guest access Private outside entrance to unit. As I am the owner and you are renting from me, you are MY guest and have all the privileges I would have as an owner. This means that use of all on-site amenities are free for your use. There may be a charge for use of the water park. Other things to note A credit card impression will be required upon check in to cover room charges, long distance phone calls, or other charges made at the resort. Use of travel to parks available by reservation at main VIP activities desk. Tickets to parks are available for purchase at respective activities desk. From time to time, WESTGATE, will classify certain times of the year as being a "SEASONAL" rate. What this means is that they will charge an additional $1000 USD fee to stay at the resort. The "SEASONAL" rate is NOT factored into the nightly rental as posted. THIS IS NOT A CHARGE OF MINE BUT OF THEIRS, BUT I HAVE TO PAY IT IF YOU ASK FOR A WEEK THAT FITS INTO THAT CATEGORY. Such a Seasonal week is around Christmas and New Years. If this is your first time to Orlando area you need to know that this is a very high tourist area and not everyone knows where they are going when driving so be patient.
