Renovated Unit has Double Bed and Queen Pull-out Sofa Bed. The apartment has an ideal location across two streets from the ocean and a short walk to downtown area. Double bed and sleeper sofa in unit. Minimum 2 night stay required. The space Conveniently located near the heart of Lauderdale by the Sea. Just a five minute walk or less to the sand! All restaurants and shops are within walking distance. Grocery store is less than a mile away. All linens provided. One set of towels and beach towels provided per each guest checking in. Guest access You will have the entire unit and use of courtyard area and BBQ grill. Outside table just right outside your door to sit and enjoy breakfast or dinner. You will have one parking spot. Other things to note Parking- Only ONE car per unit allowed. Parking pass must be on dashboard at all times (it will be left in your room the morning of check in). Any vehicle not displaying permit will be towed at owner’s expense. Housekeeping- There is no In-unit housekeeping during a stay. The units are deep cleaned prior to each guests stay. Towels: The unit comes with four sets of bath towels and four beach towels.
