The house has 3 bedrooms + a loft area (bunk) and comfortably sleeps 10 people. A finished lower level space is complete with a pool table/foosball and sleeper sofa. This home comes equipped with all the comforts of home including a fully equipped kitchen and a washer/dryer. Kitchen includes plenty of pots and pans for all your cooking needs and a regular drip coffee pot and filters are kept in the home. The exterior features two large decks and a hot tub (new hot tub installed 2025) for your relaxation. Southern Vermont has fun activities available all year round (and access to the VAST trails is nearby). We are approaching fall, which means the foliage will soon be in full effect and something you don’t want to miss! In the Winter, take your pick of which mountain you wish to ski – Mount Snow (6 mi.), Stratton (9 mi.), Bromley (23 mi.), Magic (23 mi) and Okemo (40 mi.). No skis – no problem! We are conveniently located close to the VAST trails, so bring your snowmobiles, strap on your snow shoes or grab your cross country skis and head into the trails. All year long, enjoy all Vermont has to offer with nearby golfing, hiking, ATV riding, biking, swimming, and kayaking just to name a few… Also be sure to check out the local Wine & Beer festivals, and flee markets. We have security cameras on the exterior of the house. This is for the protection of both renters and our home. There is also a security camera inside the private locked garage that is not accessible to guests. Additional charges for unauthorized guests. Excessive garbage left at house will be charged additional fee. Guest access Guests will have access to all the amenities shown on the property! Including the back deck, hot tub and outside chiminea!
