Winnipesaukee Water Access Home

Our house is located in the waterfront community of Suissevale. Amenities include tennis courts, a beautiful beach, and a playground. There are miles of well maintained dirt roads for walking or biking. Great location in the heart of Lakes Region. Renters cannot access the association beach on Saturdays between Memorial Day and Labor Day. The space This is a custom designed house with granite counters and pine trim throughout. The post and beam deck has a screened area for meals, a long stretch along the front with a child gate to keep young ones off the stairs. The outdoor shower from May through October is a relaxing escape from city living. Other things to note The Suissevale community asks that renters not use the beach on Saturdays between Memorial Day and Labor day.
