Welcome! You can have this duplex all to yourself :) This is a one bedroom, one bathroom duplex that has room for 2 people. It’s located in the John A. Finch Arboretum close to downtown Spokane (2.2 miles) and the airport (4.6 miles). It’s also close to the Fish Lake Trail if you love to run, bike, hike, or experience the outdoors. My place is great for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families, friends, and a weekend getaway. The space One bedroom is furnished with 1 queen bed, and a closet with lots of hangers There is high speed wifi throughout the duplex. There is a TV with free Netflix provided and access to local channels with an antenna. There is no cable. There is a DVD player with some DVDs. The kitchen includes a refrigerator, stove, microwave, Keurig coffeemaker, toaster, cookware, pots and pans, wine glasses, and a wine opener. There are plenty of dishes and silverware for a nice dinner or a family breakfast. You will also find coffee, creamer, sugar, tea, hot chocolate, oil, salt, and pepper. The bathroom is stocked with clean towels and toiletries. It includes toilet paper, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and a hair dryer. Please use all hot irons for your hair in the bathroom. You will be responsible for any damages. Smoking is only allowed outside. 420 friendly There is a single lane driveway that can fit 2 cars Guest access Guests have access to the entire duplex. Other things to note Check-in is after 4pm/check-out is no later than 11am. These times are sometimes flexible depending on the reservations I have that week, just send me a message in advance to ask for an exception. Pets are NOT ALLOWED. Please let us know in advance if you will be bringing a service animal. Since we have a no-pet policy, we need to inform other guests with confirmed reservations about your service animal in case they have allergies to dogs. PLEASE do not smoke marijuana or tobacco inside the house. There will be an ashtray you can take with you outside. The guests after you are not always as 420 friendly and a lot of them do not appreciate the smell. Thank you!
