o Signed rental agreement within 48 hrs of booking is required to book this home

o Occupancy is limited to (max occupancy), any additional guest will be charged per person/day

o No Bachelor Parties, Weddings or Other Events

o No loud noise after 9pm. Violation could result in removal without refund.

o Must be 33 year of age to book this home

o A valid Credit Card will be filled at the time of booking for all incidentals

o Cancellation of a reservation will result in a loss of all rents paid. Reservations are Non-Refundable

- IMPORTANT*** As mentioned on the VRBO/HOMEAWAY listing: We will contact you ask to collect a valid credit card to place on file for incidentals and also collect a matching ID. This is held on file for damages (as we don’t charge a security deposit) just as you would put a credit card down when checking into any hotel. We only run it for $1 to verify the card is active.  All other charges will be made to VRBO/HOMEAWAY. Our homes are million dollar properties and we run our business much like a 5 star resort. We must protect our homes to the fullest. We are ok with a picture of the FRONT AND BACK of the CC, so long as we get the full cc #, exp dates and CCV number. We also need the mailing address of the CC. AGAIN, we only place the CC in our reservations system for incidentals just like a hotel does. We then meet you at check in and have you bring the same CC and ID at check in to verify you are who you say you are. You are choosing to book our home using a 3rd party website. VRBO/HOMEAWAY does not share your info with us. VRBO/HOMEAWAY does not share your payment info, ID or credit card with us. When you book, you are agreeing to submit ALL that info to us after you book. We will be sending you our rental agreement and will need that signed ASAP as well. This is all standard rules and regulations that is listed on the listing so there are no surprises.
