"THE COOP"

"The Coop" Modern farmhouse, all newly renovated, located on a wooded lot. All new kitchen, appliances, washer, dryer, with 2.5 bathrooms with an open concept. This is not a home for children under the age of 21 or pets. Please see pictures. Strawberry Cottage is right next door and across the street from Manakiki Golf Course with easy access to the highway. There are three bedrooms on the main floor and one bathroom in the lower level with a separate entrance. The space This is our third Airbnb and the other homes are right next door to "The Coop". One is called Strawberry Cottage and the other is Strawberry Cottage Too and is only for two people. We are always near the property if there are any questions. All these places are for adults only. NO CHILDREN 18 YEARS OR YOUNGER AND NO PETS. Guest access When people stay at any of our properties, they have these to themselves. We will meet you at the home and show you around. If you have any questions, we will be right next door at one of the properties. Other things to note The home in on a septic system so nothing can go down the toilet except toilet paper....and we mean nothing. This is very important for guests to know. This is an adult property only. NO CHILDREN UNDER THE AGE OF 21.
