The space The cottage sits directly on a quiet bay of Lake Muskoka, offering private waterfront access with a sandy beach and panoramic lake views. The layout is open and airy. The living, dining, and kitchen areas flow together with large windows overlooking the water, making the lake the backdrop for every meal and gathering. A dedicated games room keeps kids and adults equally entertained on slower days. Waterfront & Outdoors The waterfront is the centrepiece of the property. A small sandy beach gives young kids a safe, gradual entry into the lake, while the 47ft dock has room to tie up boats and SeaDoos. Two single-person kayaks are available for guest use, paddle around the bay or out to the property's own private islet. The boathouse sits at the water's edge, and the lakeside fire pit is where most evenings end up. On the main level, a large deck with a gas BBQ overlooks the lake and is ideal for dinners as the sun goes down. The property also offers stunning views of the historic Segwun steamship passing through the bay. Bedrooms 4 & 5 These two hallway bedrooms offer flexible sleeping arrangements for children or additional guests. One room includes a bunk bed with a double bed on the bottom and a single/twin bed on top, while the other has a standalone single/twin bed. One of the rooms also offers a lake view. The Loft An open loft space with two single beds, ideal for children or additional guests who want a cozy sleeping area close to the rest of the group. All bedrooms are dressed in fresh, high-quality linens. Plush towels are provided throughout.
