Located in Pigeon Hollow Park resort, in the heart of beautiful Kawarthas, 5 min drive from Bobcaygeon. Overlooking the lake, steps from beach and playground. Full kitchen, living/dining area, full bathroom. Queen bed in the master bdrm, and bunks in other bedrooms. Double sofa in the living room. Fire pit, patio with a picnic table and a BBQ . Up to 2 hours a day free pedal-boat/canoe/kayak rental. Boat, boat slips available for rent. Seasonal outdoor pool use (Jul long wknd - Sep long wknd). The space PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN LINENS (duvet covers, pillow cases, sheets, bath and beach towels, kitchen towel). Duvets (singles and queens) and pillows are provided. Sorry no pets are allowed in rental units. Mobility equipment is available on request: portable toilet safety rails, bath bench. Email us ahead of time to request. One designated parking spot is available near each rental, additional vehicles to be parked on the parking lot in front of the park. ATVs, Dirt Bikes and Rally Jeeps are not allowed inside the park but can be parked on the parking lot outside the park. Fully equipped kitchen with drip coffee maker (grinded coffee), dishes, utensils, microwave, toaster, pots and pans. Dish soap, paper towesl, dish sponge and dish cloth, sugar, salt are provided. Propane is provided for the BBQ. Bathroom: hand soap, body wash/shampoo, hair conditioner and toilet paper are provided. Rental has DVD player and satellite TV. Guest access Our amenities include: coin laundry, electronic security gate controls traffic in the park; sandy beach, playground, volleyball; In our sister resort next door (5 min walk) our guests have access to : small convenience store; kayak, canoe, paddle boat (2 hours a day are free, booking required); small tin boat and boat slips are available for rent, subject to availability, reservation is required, boating license is required; horseshoe pits, baseball field, basketball pad; heated swimming pool (open from July long weekend to September long weekend), free, reservation is required; recreation hall with pool table($1 a game), table tennis, darts, air hockey table, bingo(most Saturdays); Gaming equipment available to borrow in the office: darts, valleyballs, basketballs , soccer bowls, badminton, board games and others. We have ice, worms, firewood and firestarts for sale. Only local wood can be used to prevent the movement of tree-killing pests.
