Other things to note We do not rent to anyone under the age of 25. We are a smoke free home. There is absolutely no smoking inside the house. Evidence of smoking such as the smell of cigarettes, cigars or any other substance is sufficient basis to keep the full security deposit for smoke clean up. We are a dog friendly home(With our approval before booking) therefore if anyone has pet allergies, we are not responsible for anyone having any type of pet allergy symptoms.
