The estate could also be a three bedroom two bath if the apartment in the back is not rented at the same time you could rent both places to accommodate up to six people. The laundry room is shared with The Sweet, located behind the Estate. The front yard is used by the people staying in the Estate and the backyard is for the people staying in the Sweet. Full size kitchen fully equipped with everything you need for a quick weekend away or a few months in the winter! There is WiFi...BLAZING fast Spectrum internet and a TV in the living room with access to all the streaming services. Some are free or you can login to your own Netflix, Hulu, HBGO, etc. This is a quiet neighborhood, walking to nature parks, water park, beach, shopping, restaurants, pubs, pizza and ice cream. Guests have access to the entire 2 bed house, full kitchen and laundry room/pantry. There is another unit located in the back of the house that was a converted garage, their driveway is to the right, next to the painted palm tree, that is also listed on Airbnb as "The Sweet" in case you have more than 4 people you could also reserve The Sweet! You only share the laundry room, each unit has it's own locks to access this. Other things to note All guests must be listed on the reservation.
