The garden level is an apartment that we split and rented while we lived in Denver, and it remains occupied. This space is completely separate from the main house which is two stories. There is no access between and entry/exit paths are private. Similar to homes converted there is some radiant sound, but not excessive. Please consider the entire property layout ***Important, there are two thermostats, as there are two furnaces and two AC’s. One is in the living room the other in the owner suite. They must be set to either heat or cold (so they don’t work against each other so we have Nest thermostats mindfully placed on each level throughout the property to regulate the temperature)
