5 Points Carriage House

Tucked away in the vibrant 5 Points neighborhood, yet steps away from over 15 restaurants! Off-street parking is provided but the location enables one to function without a car. The circa 1930’s carriage house has been updated, while maintaining its retro-chic vibe. Hosts live on site and are happy to help you plan your visit to Athens! The space The carriage house is clean and well-equipped, sans clutter. The studio-style main floor features kitchen, dining, and living space, with attached laundry. The sofa in the living room pulls out to a queen sized bed. A spacious, loft-like bedroom and small but efficient en suite bathroom are upstairs. Full-sized appliances in the kitchen and an apartment-sized washer and dryer in the laundry room make it appropriate for any length stay. Local artwork adorns the walls, creating a sense of place. Guest access The detached carriage house is located on the back corner of a residential lot. One off-street parking space is provided for guests and additional parking is available on the street. Other things to note The bedroom is technically a loft space since the wall above the stairs is a half wall. Therefore, there is no door at the top of the stairs. A baby gate is provided to prevent children from falling down the stairs but there is not a way to prevent sound from traveling between upstairs and downstairs. Also, while children are welcome, we ask guests with small or rambunctious children to be careful when their children are upstairs.
