Gorgeous tri-level cabin - sleeps up to 10 people. Private setting, beautiful home in Blue Lake Springs area. The space This beautiful tri-level home offers 3 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms with central heat. The great room has a wood stove, flat screen tv/dvd player with Netflix & Hulu. Great room opens onto a large private deck overlooking the forest. The master bedroom is on the main floor (no stairs) with a queen size bed and its own bathroom with shower. Upstairs is a full bath (shower/tub combo), the second bedroom with queen size bed and third bedroom with two twins. The lower level has a bunk bed with a double bed on bottom, a queen sleeper sofa and a full bath (shower) as well. The Blue Lake Springs Rec Center offers private pool, lakes, Bocce Ball, Tennis, and more! (guest fees apply) For fun in the rec room there is a foosball table, TV/DVD player and Netflix as well,VCR with some movies to borrow. There is a ping pong table in the garage for guest use. Enjoy the outside deck with a Charcoal BBQ ( guests supply their own charcoal), great patio furniture and nature. 2 night minimum stay/3 Night Minimum during Holiday Periods/4 night minimum during Christmas & New Years. No smoking, no pets. Guest linens not provided. Internet streaming through Amazon. Conveniently located just 30 minutes from Bear Valley Ski Resort and a short 20-minute drive from wine tasting in the quaint town of Murphys. Explore underground caves at Mercer Caverns in Murphys or at Moaning Caves in Vallecito. Don't forget to check out the giant redwood trees at Big Trees State Park, only a 5-minute drive from the cabin. Access Information: You will receive check-in instructions, including your access code for entry, 2-4 days prior to your scheduled arrival date. Please be sure to check your junk/spam email, as sometimes these instructions end up there. Pet Policy: This cabin is not pet friendly - If a pet is brought to a non-pet friendly cabin, there will be a $1,000 fee charged to card on file. Audio/visual cameras are on site (exterior only). Tenant must be at least 25 years old to rent. Communication: Property management will contact tenant by their preferred method of communication (personal email, text, etc.) to send a required rental agreement, check-in instructions, etc. Payment (where applicable): A 2% surcharge (of the total transaction amount) will be added to your transaction charges when your credit card is charged. Upon booking, $300, plus the c/c fee, is due immediately and is charged to the credit card on file. The balance is due 30 days prior to arrival (if you are booking a stay that is sooner than 30 days from the booking date, the full amount is due immediately & will be charged to your card on file). We will accept payment by check for the final payment, as long as your arrival date is further out than 45 days. If you wish to pay by check, please email our office immediately to advise us NOT to charge your card on file for the final payment. Please note that if your check is not received by the 30 day mark, your credit card on file will be charged, regardless of previous arrangement. All payments are due in full 30 days prior to your arrival. Guest access You will receive an email 2-4 days prior to your arrival date with lockbox code & other important check-in information. Be sure to check your junk/spam folder for this email. Cell service may be spotty, so be sure to make note of your lockbox code (screenshots work well for this).
