The RV is equipped with an all seasons insulation package, cool in the summer and warm in the winter months. Located next to our home’s extended patio. You’re own private driveway and entrance for convenient access. You’re welcomed with delicious chocolate chip cookies! I personally clean and detail the space so it is spotless for each and every guest! The space Inside you’ll find: A spacious queen size bedroom. A full kitchen with a generous dining area. A dedicated workspace, ideal for remote work. A large spacious bathroom. 2 full sized bunk beds. A extremely comfortable sofa. A Keurig, toaster, pots and pans. Popcorn and extra snacks and coffee pods. Netflix, Paramount plus and lots of other free apps on Roku TV or sign in using your password for your apps. Guest access The entire space! Photo ID is required for every guest. All guest must be accounted for and the host informed. Other things to note There will be delicious chocolate chip cookie waiting for you upon arrival. Also a Keurig, for coffee or hot tea , creamer and sugar and snacks.
