By The Sea vacation Villas Property Management is pleased to offer you our Casa Rella! This 3 Bed/2 Ba waterfront, heated pool home. Casa Rella has been updated throughout in kitchen, baths and flooring. The covered rear lanai offers beautiful waterway views from a shaded area with outdoor sofa and patio dining options. There is a new BBQ and plenty of outdoor seating. The space Casa Rella Bedding Configuration:

 Bedroom Three: King Bed Sleeps Two (2) Upon entering Casa Rella, you will find a very open floor plan with living and dining areas all in view. The main living area of the home is spacious, offers ample seating and is an ideal setting for entertaining both family and guests. The living area features a large sofa, two oversized arm chairs, ottoman, and two side tables. There is an entertainment console equipped with a 60” LED wall mounted flat screen television. Adjacent to the main living area you will find a dining room equipped with a large dining table. The kitchen is gorgeous and exceptionally open, offering an open counter area to the dining room. The kitchen is equipped with new white and grey custom wood cabinetry, white modern subway tiles, granite counters, stainless appliances, farm style sink, and fully equipped and stocked kitchen. There are sliders off the kitchen that lead to the outdoor covered lanai and pool area overlooking the waterway. This is a nice split bedroom floor plan with two King bedrooms on one side and the other King on the opposite side. Off of the kitchen you will find a hallway bathroom  and Bedrooms two and three. Bedroom Two is equipped with the following: King Size Bed, two nightstands and a seating bench.  For your enjoyment, there is a large LED wall mounted television.  Bedroom Three is equipped with the following: King Size Bed, two nightstands, bench and a large LED wall mounted television. The second half of this spectacular home is comprised of the private and spacious master suite.  Beautifully furnished and tastefully decorated, the master suite offers the following: King Size Bed, two nightstands and a bench. For your enjoyment, there is a large LED wall mounted television.  The master bathroom offers a custom walk-in shower and a modern vanity sink. The private outdoor space is equipped with a full size lap pool, chaise lounge pool chairs, patio dining for 10 and a gas BBQ grill. The large driveway offers ample parking for at least three (3) automobiles. Please be advised that lanai screen is not available to renters it is permanently set in the up position 
 The main beach portal is a short distance away (under 1 mile) and offers plenty of parking, lifeguard towers, outdoor cabanas for daily rental, snack shacks, children's playground, outdoor exercise circuit and volleyball courts, etc. This beach was recently renovated and made the top ten beaches list in Time magazine! There is a brand new ocean front restaurant called “Beach House” with spectacular views and great food! There are also a multitude of first class restaurants in the immediate beach area, as well as a new Publix grocery store.   
 Linens, towels and beach essentials are included.  
 We look forward to having your family and guests at Casa Rella… *Please note primary renter must be 25+ to reserve and staying at the property. Guest access Guests are able to access the entire property, both inside and out. We want all guests to thoroughly enjoy their time at the home. Other things to note -We are also taking special measures to deep clean and disinfect properties between rentals. -Please feel free to visit By The Sea Vacation Villas site for viewing additional photos, guest reviews and additional luxury vacation properties... Please note as there will be no refunds for missing amenities. Amenities visible in photos and listed may be missing since items need to be changed out from time to time due to safety concerns or items being warn out. -Pool heating is available all year round, however, it is an optional extra which is payable in addition to the cost of your reservation. Prices are $35 per day plus tax. Pool heating may not be necessary for your vacation, especially if you’re visiting Florida in the hot summer months. If you need any pool heating it is likely to be in the winter and early spring months when daytime temperatures are cooler. You can add pool heating to your booking by calling our office to order it 24 hours prior to your arrival. If you opt to have no pool heating but you change your mind while on vacation, we can arrange for your pool heating to be turned on however please be aware electric heaters can take up to 24 hours to heat up. The maximum temp to prevent algae from forming in the pool is 87 degrees. Note as this can not be ordered through the message thread. -Please note for your safety and ours we have cameras on the exterior front of the home recording the driveway and entrance. -Absolutely no more that 2 cars will be permitted and not more guests than the house sleeps are permitted.
