Located on the 'quiet end' of 11th Street in Port Aransas, the SeaOats sits just below Chapel on the Dunes. No pets/no children, no infants. We will collect the city of port Aransas hotel tax of 9%. All finishes in this home are high end, from the red oak flooring to the spacious travertine tile shower to the Texas pink granite on the counter tops. Finest stainless steel appliances appoint the kitchen. Make no mistake, there is no accommodation in Port Aransas that comes close to the comforts you will feel in the SeaOats Cottage. Sleeping for 2 adults only, relax, get away, rekindle, rejuvenate, and relive those past vacations when times were slower. No pets, and no smoking on the property. Guest access Guests have a spacious wrap around deck with a large outdoor trestle table and chairs for dining al fresco. The owner provides a charcoal BBQ and the charcoal and starter - you provide the expertise and meal makings. Other things to note We note that we are 5 - 7 minutes from the beach by foot. This is approximately 6 blocks. The beach road is treated just like a city street, so you can drive your car on the beach and park there. Naturally, if you are going for a long outing it is recommended in the hot summer months that you do drive. Beach carts are also available around town if you detest sand in your car.
