Bluff beach house with spectacular views of Pacific Ocean to San Francisco. 2 bed/2 bath home located in coastal West Marin in a tranquil garden setting, floor to ceiling windows 180 degree ocean/mountain view, great attention to detail and comfort. Beautiful garden with badminton court and equipment, fruit trees, adult swing, trampoline. The space A serene coastal retreat located just 1 hour north of San Francisco in West Marin on the southern tip of the Point Reyes Peninsula. Includes fully equipped kitchen and breakfast nook with an ocean view, large light-filled open living/dining room, wood floors, spacious bedrooms with quality bedding, radiant heat floors in bathroom and kitchen, private interior courtyard, edible gardens, badminton court, trampoline, washer and dryer, Sonos sound system. 3 day minimum stay, 2 week maximum stay. Comfortable for maximum of four adults. Older children are welcome but due to the close proximity to the cliff, small children need close supervision. NO parties, weddings, groups or pets. Guest access Badminton, swing, trampoline, parking, back garden, deck and yard for guest house. Off limits is yard and garden of main house. Other things to note The surrounding nature is beautiful and ever-changing. Just relaxing and watching quail, egrets, hawks, fox, raccoons, and harbor seals or surfers below is a delight. Hiking, swimming, surfing and kayaking are all available nearby. PLEASE NOTE: WE HAVE SET UP SPECIAL PROTOCOLS DUE TO COVID. AS A RESULT, WE ALLOW 72 HOURS BETWEEN BOOKINGS FOR EXTRA CLEANING.
