This is an autonomous studio with private bathroom, but the only shower is outside. This is a small room with a partitioned off toilet and curtain. The shower is an enclosed surfer's shower with curtain outside behind the studio. The hot water has to travel a distance from our heater, so turn on the hot first & wait till it arrives. Also, you will find a red tub next to the shower, please catch the water in it while you are waiting for the hot water to arrive so we can pour it on the garden. The space This independent, small studio has all the essentials you need for a tranquil get-away. Inside, there’s a full-size bed, mini-fridge, microwave and private bathroom. Please note: the toilet is within the room and is curtained off for privacy. The only shower is outside. It’s enclosed with curtains and the perfect end to a warm day at the beach or hike along the coast. The surrounding garden is our pride and joy and you are invited to enjoy it. Throughout each season, different flowers and succulents are always in bloom. The property itself is conveniently located within walking distance of some of the most picturesque sites in Bolinas. Venture 2 blocks in either direction, and you’ll find spectacular views of the Bolinas Bay and Pacific Ocean. Walk a few minutes further, and you’ll find the shimmering tide pools of Agate Beach. Downtown Bolinas Beach and the hiking trails of Point Reyes National Seashore and are also just a few minutes away by car.
