The community charges a non-negotiable fee of $50 per person for any additional guests, which is paid to security upon check-in. Age Requirement: The primary renter must be 25 or older. Quiet Hours: To respect our neighbors, loud music is not permitted after 10 PM. Connectivity: A Smart TV and complimentary WiFi are provided. Please note there is no cable service.
