Nature & Sunsets, Dogs Welcome with Private Yard!

Gated & secure farm 1 hour north of Toronto, near Hockley Valley, Palgrave, Orangeville & Alliston Ont. We welcome your dogs where they can enjoy freedom in our large fenced yard. Enjoy the sounds of nature while your stress drains away as you relax and take in the scenery on this private horse farm. Our farm has views of the escarpment and pastures of grazing horses and spectacular sunsets. Slow down and allow the peace of nature fill your soul. We hope your stay feels like home! The space Our basement self serve suite has a private entrance and a full compact kitchen and living/dining area and an office nook. There is one large bedroom (12' x 24') and a bath with a shower. The bedroom has one queen bed and a queen sofa bed. Although we do not serve a cooked breakfast, we do provide fresh eggs from our own chickens. Please note we cannot accommodate children under 16. Decorated with a country flair we have designed this 1500 sq ft bright and spacious area to give you a sense of serenity as you reconnect to a forgotten and simpler way of life. We offer Wifi and a smart tv for streaming. At the end of the day, relax and enjoy a cozy fire in the fireplace. If you bring your dog, we have a fenced in yard for them to run in with a doggie door entrance to the kitchen. Please be sure your dogs won't jump a 4' fence. You'll love watching the free range chickens right outside your back yard. The donkeys will probably stop by to say hi too! Sorry but we cannot accommodate cats. With views of the grazing horses in pastures, the simple pace and peacefulness of the farm will help your stress drain away. There are walking trails for your dogs nearby if they need more than the yard to run in. We are 10 minutes to Alliston if you are looking for shopping or food. We hope our place will feel like home while you're here and I know you'll enjoy the serenity of the property and the spectacular view and sunsets over the escarpment. Please note we can only rent to non-smokers due to hosts severe allergies!! Guest access You have a private fenced back yard and patio for enjoying the outdoors and a private parking space. Guests are not allowed beyond the barnyard gate and are not allowed to interact with the animals without permission and with the hosts in attendance. Other things to note Dogs are NOT allowed on the furniture and we prefer they do not sleep in the bedroom. Please advise if you are not able to follow these rules. We do understand that your dogs may be used to something different. Guests are required to bring their own bedding if they are bringing a dog.
