There is a garage under the condo that holds all the beach gear you might need, including two bicycles. Dine inside or outside. We added a new swing chair on the deck. So relaxing. We repainted the entire condo and added new vinyl floors. We try to add something new every year. We also have the newest magazines. The outside of the building has been repainted. The access right next to the condo has been closed because of beach erosion, so you can use the next access just south of the condo. We are on the coveted North End away from all the noise of the boardwalk but close enough to go and enjoy the music and action if you like. You can walk to the pier and grab a hamburger at the High Tide lounge or hang out at the Tiki Bar. We provide you with a keypad for easy entry WE ARE JUST A PHONE CALL AWAY IF YOU HAVE ANY QUESTIONS OR CONCERNS. WE CALL YOU BEFORE YOUR ARRIVAL TO GO OVER ANY LAST MINUTE DETAILS . Our condo is right by the north pier, where you can grab a hamburger. You can purchase a day pass to drive your 4-wheel vehicle on the beach at Freeman Park. The beach access is south of the condo, about 1/2 a block at Sandfidler Lane. Beach carts are provided in the garage if you choose to use one. Due to recent storms, there is little sand directly in front of the condo, so it is necessary to place your blanket south about 300 feet. By using the Sandfidler access, you will have no problem Parking is right in front of the condo. You can also park in front of the A building(purple building) or if need be you can park across the street under the orange building (just don't block anyone in) or on either side of the orange building. With all these options parking is never a problem. There are two bikes in the garage if you just want to ride around the neighborhood. The boardwalk is about 1 mile south of the condo, with paid parking available. WE ASK THAT YOU ATTACH YOUR PARKING PASS IMMEDIATELY UPON ARRIVAL TO AVOID TOWING FROM CAROLINA BEACH MUNICIPALITY.
