Welcome to The Little House, our freshly renovated home with a mid- century vibe in the heart of East Nashville. Our 645 sq ft home is brought to you by Southbound Stays! The Little House is a guest house that sits behind the main house on the property however is completely detached to ensure privacy - it even has its own fenced in area. It has been updated from the flooring to the studs and is ready to welcome you to Nashville for stays of 30+ nights.

This home earns its name from the prior owner and our amazing neighbors, who have adoringly referred to it as the little house over the years. It was converted from a garage to an apartment home back in the late 1950s/ early 1960s and has provided a happy place to stay for many. We pay homage to the time period it was "born" as the little house with its mid- century design and pops of color throughout. Not only is it adorable and functional, it is centrally located and just minutes by car to Downtown, multiple hospitals, highways and in a walkable area. Come stay awhile, this home has a 30-day stay min.

-- Important Considerations... let's be sure The Little House is the right fit for you:

* You will be asked to sign an electronic rental agreement where our house rules are outlined. This is a simple process that doesn't require printing or scanning - it's all electronic and can be done from your computer, mobile or tablet. :) Must be signed within 48 hours of booking (or prior to checkin time if your booking is within the 48 hour window). Otherwise, your reservation is subject to cancelation according to the cancelation policy (which may result in lost deposits/ booking fees).**

* Due to local laws, this home can only be rented for a minimum of 30+ days at a time. Under no circumstances can we accommodate anything less than a 30 day+ rental agreement.

* Only accessible via a small step.

* This is a full home, private space rental home used exclusively as a furnished, extended stay rental. However, there is a detached home in the front of the property that is used as a short term rental (stays under 30 days). You have separate parking and living areas however the back patio of the home does face the back patio of the front home.

* The backyard is technically shared with the back home however you have your own, fenced in area to use that is not shared.

* The main entrance to The Little House is via the back alley. Parking is also located in dedicated spaces just off of the back alley.

* Guests under the age of 21+ are more than welcome however we do ask that they are accompanied by parents or guardians at all times for their own safety.

* We welcome potty trained dogs with a non-refundable pet fee of $5/dog/ day. Please select the # of pets when booking and this will calculate automatically or notify us post-booking and we will add it. No more than 2 dogs per stay with the following conditions with conditions outlined in rental agreement.

* There is no cable, only WiFi with streaming television at The Little House.

* Though this is a 2 bedroom home, the 2nd bedroom is setup as a living room area, not bedroom.

* Our home is smart home enabled and has security & safety devices throughout. This includes the use of a doorbell security camera (EXTERIOR Only, NO interior) on the property & an echo device which is considered to be a listening device inside the home. The echo device can be unplugged if you prefer.
