Old Town 3BR Home with Patio Living in Scottsdale

Our home is an updated 3-bedroom mid-century modern Scottsdale home with a private pool (heating available). Located just south of Downtown Old Town Scottsdale, near Scottsdale Stadium, restaurants, bars, botanical gardens, and the fashion square. Also, a short distance from the Tempe/ASU area. The house has large pool area with plenty of patio seating space, a Bluetooth sound system, outdoor TV and propane grill. The house is great for couples, families, and group trips. The space Our house has modern updates and retains vintage Old Town Scottsdale style. Pool/Patio area has been updated and we have a patio space that includes plenty of seating, an outdoor television, and a Bluetooth sound system. The pool can be heated for a fee of $85/night during the entirety of your stay. Entering the home, there is a large seating area with a lazy boy, large sleeper sofa, and 2-seater couch with lounge chairs. We have a 65" HDTV with YouTube TV (cable television) included and streaming apps with your own login information. The kitchen has large cabinets with plenty of space and stocked with all the essentials (plates, drinking cups, pots/pans, wine glasses, and utensils). There is also refrigerator/freezer (no icemaker), microwave, coffee pot, coffee grinder, toaster, and blender. *Please note that there is are surveillance ring cameras outside the front door and in the carport (there are no cameras inside the home) Guest access You'll have access to the entire house.
