Nicely remodeled 3 bedroom casita in the heart of downtown San Juanico. Located on the main boulevard, within walking distance to the beach, restaurants and stores. Brand new appliances throughout. Each ensuite bedroom has locking door and full private bath. Great roof area with view of 1st point from the restaurant upstairs. New palapa patio for a nice, shady area to hang out. A/C is available in each bedroom from 8pm to 6am for an additional nightly fee. The space Casitas Javi provides accommodations and a restaurant in the heart of downtown San Juanico (Scorpion Bay). Casita Marlin is the largest of the casitas available on the property, with 3 ensuite bedrooms and a large kitchen. All of the casitas have private entrances as well as private patios. Each bedroom has a new, quiet mini split a/c that is available for nightly use, along with a tv and Dish network. Wifi is available throughout the property as well for checking the surf reports, social media, and emails. This casita has an outdoor shower for rinsing off the sand from the beach and your gear. The property is fenced and gated for secure gear storage, and there is also additional parking just outside the gate if necessary. The Blue Marlin restaurant is located upstairs on the property and we serve food all day with a full bar available. Ice cold beer, hot coffee, and fresh menu items are available to all of our guests. The restaurant has a large covered patio for dining and relaxing with incredible ocean views of the bay and the mesas beyond. Javi also provides excursions on his panga boat for fishing and tours of the bay and surrounding areas. Fish in the morning, and the staff will prepare your fresh catch for you when you return! We normally catch dorado, yellow tail, wahoo, and sometimes marlin. Laundry service, food shopping/catering, SUP and kayak rentals, quads, and other toys and excursions are available to our guests to help you enjoy your time in San Juanico and Scorpion Bay. Guest access Guests can use everything. We encourage you to use it all, relax, and enjoy yourself. Other things to note Right next door to the local tienda 'Lupita' and hotel 7 puntos so very convenient shopping and supplies. You can sit on the roof, check the waves, and watch San Juanico happen as people do their thing along the main boulevard. Additional food delivery/catering options also available.
