Recently built in 2014, this is a modern style open concept house with great views all around. The house has reversed living, with the kitchen, dining and lounge areas upstairs so as to take advantage of the views. The space The top floor boasts a beautiful spacious kitchen with all the mod-cons. The contemporary dining table seats up to 10 comfortably The Lounge features comfortable seating , Smart tv with Netflix, sound system and a mixture of all the classic boardgames. The Master Bedroom comes with a walk-in closet and 3 piece en-suite, the shower has 2 rainfall heads. There is in-floor heating throughout the house so all floors are always warm. During the Summer months there is a 700sq ft deck above the Garage for you to entertain, relax and enjoy the views privately. A/C is provided upstairs, the bedrooms on main floor stay cool with windows open at night, and fans are also provided. Ski / Board storage and boot dryers are located in the front entry, there are also 4 pairs of snow shoes for you use. Mountain bike storage is in a locked garage. We are a licensed operator ( City of Fernie license #002015 ) Guest access The whole house is yours to enjoy, except the basement suite, which will be occupied by the owner or a tenant. This suite has a separate entrance so the tenant has no access to the house or deck which are for you alone to enjoy.
