The space We offer 6 bedrooms, 5 bedrooms with double bed and a single bedroom + living room (large sofa). Nice airport 1h15, Cannes 1h, Grasse 40 minutes. No need for Air conditioning, the walls are very thick, the house stays cool during the day. We provide all bedding (sheets, pillows, duvet...). Laundry and cleaning are done by a professional cleaning company between each rental. Bath towels are not provided. The kitchen is new and well equipped. The terrace is huge and allows toddlers to play games and evolve without danger. Tables, chairs and deckchairs for adults. A fireplace awaits you in the living room, as well as a pellet stove to heat the whole house if necessary. The fields around the house are immediately accessible and without barriers (provided that the wheat is mown). The play area is huge. A barbecue is available. On the sanitary side, a bathroom (+WC), a shower room (+WC), a separate WC/sink. Washing machine available. Guest access Most of the house is rented (175m2). The other part is the old part and it's inhabited. Very easily accessible by car via a paved road that goes down to the plain. Parking in front of the house sized for 5 cars. There is a slight slope that separates the parking lot from the house. Other things to note There are spiral stairs to reach the bedrooms. Possibility to sleep on the ground floor on a large sofa for people with reduced mobility, or to access the basement bedrooms by going around the house from the outside (unpaved path).
