There are beautiful views out of the picture windows in both units overlooking the mountains, plus Roku TVs, and if you have little ones a Pak N Play, a high chair, and a baby gate are available for just some of the amenities awaiting you at Wind River Home. Your daily activities will surely work up your appetite - thankfully, cooking will be easy with two fully equipped kitchens. Enjoy your home-cooked meals at the dining room table with room enough for six in the first kitchen or the four-person bar in the second. Evenings call for sipping drinks in the fresh mountain air or soaking in the saltwater hot tub. Six vehicles maximum. Absolutely no parking is allowed on the rural country road in front of the property. Any vehicles parked on the road will be towed. ◆ 14-day rentals or longer require an additional cleaning fee (Please inquire), and a $1,000 refundable security deposit is required on rentals for 21 days or more. This deposit is required and is fully refundable within (7) days of departure, provided the house rules listed are met. ◆ We are sorry to say that we DO NOT ALLOW ANIMALS of any kind at this Property. Owner has SEVERE ALLERGIES to pet dander and pet hair. Therefore, there is a No Pet policy in place for this property.
